To Search/Query an Incident Ticket by the assigned Incident number.

Steps:

  1. Click the View Work Queues icon.   Step 1
  2. Click the Search button.   Step 2
  3. Enter the desired information into the Number: field. Enter "10035".   Step 3
  4. Click the Start this Search tab.   Step 4
  5. Click the IM10035 link.   Step 5
