To Search/Query a Call Ticket by its assigned Call number.

Steps:

  1. Click the View Work Queues icon.   Step 1
  2. Enter the desired information into the Call ID: field. Enter "10012".   Step 2
  3. Click the Start this Search tab.   Step 3
  4. Click the Yes button.   Step 4
  5. Click the CALL10012 link.   Step 5
