Alternative action To Search/Query a Call Ticket by its assigned Call number.
Steps:
- Click the View Work Queues icon. Step 1
- Enter the desired information into the Call ID: field. Enter "10012". Step 2
- Click the Start this Search tab. Step 3
- Click the Yes button. Step 4
- Click the CALL10012 link. Step 5
