To Search/Query the Incident or Call Queue by using the Assignment Group search tab.

Steps:

1. Click the View Work Queues button.   Step 1
2. Click the By Assignment Group button.   Step 2
3. Click the Expand List button.   Step 3
4. Click the BSS-VIRGINIA GOV-VITA-0 list item.
   Your selection is based on your search criteria.   Step 4
5. Click the OK button.   Step 5
