VITA offers a variety of IT services and products to Commonwealth and local governmental agencies and entities. The VITA service catalog contains descriptions, pricing, and service-specific ordering information for IT infrastructure, security and selected enterprise services to best serve Virginians.

VITA's supply chain management group is the Commonwealth's information technology procurement and sourcing hub. The team strives to consolidate and leverage the Commonwealth's buying power to develop value-driven IT contracts that benefit agencies and Virginians.
The VITA Customer Care Center (VCCC) is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide Commonwealth customers technical support and answer questions. Connect directly or use a do-it-yourself tool to reset a password or open a service ticket.

PLEASE NOTE: Manufacturers are beginning to delete chargers from their shipped accessories. There should be no expectation of receiving a Wall Charger with any device ordered. If one is needed, the user should check with their Account Manager to determine if a charger is included and should add the device to their order if they wish one. After delivery, if a Wall charger or other accessory is needed, the ordering entity should acquire them locally.

To order phones or services, your designated Telecommunications Coordinator must submit a Telecommunications Work Order. Equipment changes regularly. Please check before ordering.
Pooling: All Voice Minutes on all except Unlimited plans are Pooled (Shared) by Agency.
For order status, contact the VITA Customer Care Center (VCCC). When calling for order status, select the option for The VITA Telecommunications Services Center.
For additional Phone Accessories (i.e. car chargers, holsters, etc), please utilize either eVA or your local purchasing procedures (localities) to acquire these devices from either Verizon or 3rd party sources. Do Not acquire these items from a Verizon Store and have them charge the the account for these items.
Additional Plans or Services: The contract with Verizon contains some additional products and services not listed on this page. If you need to know about additional service offerings, contact VITA or one of the Verizon Account Representative listed above.
Text and Data Access from Phones: Data access (i.e. downloading ringtones, web applications, etc) on non-Smartphone devices and text messaging from phones on the BASIC plan will be blocked by default. Users or agencies wishing data access should select a Voice and Data plan for the phone which will allow access to these features. a Pay-for-Text or Data option is available for the BASIC plan. International Use: There is no charge to unblock a phone or Aircard for either International Dialing or International Roaming (Simple Work Order required). Users will incur International rates for all usage and included minutes and data do not apply. Not all phones are suitable for International Roaming. Please contact the Verizon representatives above well in advance of any International travel to insure there are no issues.
