On Dec 1st, your email on file with Pegasus became your new username. Depending upon which type of email you registered with, your password may have changed:
If you had registered with a non COV email such as g-mail or yahoo.com, or you have a COV account and your agency has not been transformed, your Pegasus password will remain the same. To change your password, log in to VIM and choose "Change Password" in the left-hand navigation.
If you are an existing COV user (user@agency.virginia.gov) and your agency has been transformed, then your COV email and current COV password will replace your Pegasus username and password. Your COV and new VIM password are synched up. Do Not use VIM to change your password. You can change your password while logged into your workstation and on the network -- use Ctrl, Alt, Del and choose Change Password. This will update your COV password and it will be synched over to the new system. You can also use P-synch at https://esupport.virginia.gov by clicking on “Change your Password” option under “COV Network Password.” Or you may contact the VCCC at (804) 786-3932 or 1-866-637-8482 or by email at vccc@vita.virginia.gov.
If you try to gain access to your application and cannot get in using your email address as your username and your previous password, please call the VCCC at (804) 786-3932 or 1-866-637-8482 or by email at vccc@vita.virginia.gov.
VIM can be accessed using this link: https://accessidm.vita.virginia.gov/externalauth/login.aspx
